Add a reduced risk of heart disease

Eat more sardines reduce blood triglycerides:

Even when blood cholesterol levels normal, you still have heart disease risk. High levels of fats called triglycerides also increase the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes. So, if you do not want heart disease, try to reduce blood triglycerides.

- Limit use of foods high in sugar like cookies and soda water.

- Reduced fat and exercising at least 30 minutes a day.
